The Pet Bereavement Support Service is available 365 days a year to help people who are struggling to cope with the loss of a pet. Trained volunteers are at the end of a phone line, ready to help. All calls are confidential and free from a landline.

Veterinary services are available to pets whose owners are on certain means-tested benefits or low incomes. You’ll be requested to bring proof of your benefit along with photo ID or a utility bill. People on a low income may also qualify at our discretion and you will need to bring a wage slip or bank statement.
