Day Care at Stones End Day Centre

Information and Advice in Southwark and Lewisham, through drop-in, outreach and home visits.

Healthy Living at the Yalding Centre, including dancing, various exercises, bingo, cookery, film and book clubs, reminiscence, trips, lunches and breakfasts.

Independent Living such as a handyperson service, toenail cutting, domestic and social support, home care quality check, care navigation, and SAIL; a checklist that refers into multiple services to ensure older people can live safely and independently in their homes.

Lunch Clubs are available to elderly people where they can eat a cut price healthy meal aswell as socialise with other people who attend,who may feel isolated and in need of company.Other activities may also take place at these clubs,so look further to find any local clubs of interest.
A personal budget is a finance plan that allocates future personal income towards expenses, savings and debt repayment. Past spending and personal debt are considered when creating a personal budget.
