The Dante Leigh Foundation provides support to disabled people and their families and carers.
The Dante Leigh Foundation provides support with:
- Helping disabled people and their families/carers achieve their goals or at least try to achieve their goals with less frustration and angst that would otherwise be present in caring for the disabled person and trying to lead a normal life.
- Acting as a catalyst for change in the way services are provided for persons generally in need of help and working with other ‘agencies’ to bring about a solution.
"To work with disabled people and their advocates in identifying the needs of the disabled person, and in collaboration with other charities, government agencies and authorities, and businesses having these needs met the best way society can, whilst facilitating integration of the disabled person into society."
