We provide drop-in services and we also 'pop up' in venues across London, such as children centres and community centres. We work with the diverse communities within the borough including French African, Latin Americans, Polish, Irish, Somali and Bengali people.

Drop in
(Monday – Thursday 9.30am - 1.30pm)
Open to anyone in need of help, support or advice in the areas of housing, debt, benefits, consumer, employment and immigration.

Pre-booked Appointments
(Monday – Friday 1.30pm - 4.30pm)
These appointments are booked through our drop in service in the areas of housing, debt, benefits and immigration. A Bengali speaking advisor is available for the drop-in sessions on Thursdays.

Wednesday Evening Appointments
(5pm - 7pm)

Please note, these appointments are only available to those who cannot attend our morning drop in due to work or caring responsibilities.

Spanish Appointments
(Friday 10am - 1pm)
If you are a Spanish speaker and cannot speak English, to book an appointment please call 020 3752 5526 on Monday between 10am - 4pm
