Joining Hands has been set up to reduce isolation for older people living in Southwark.

We will be holding taster days every last Monday of the month at Blackfriars Settlement.      

Taster days will include visits from our partner organisations COPSINS, activities and information about volunteering opportunities for older people and information about our clubs and activities as well as access to a volunteer friend scheme where older people can meet friends to accompany them to activities and clubs.
