The leafy and green Cressingham Gardens estate is located next to Brockwell Park. It is the home of a vibrant and mixed community, and has won prizes for its edible gardens and other green initiatives.
The Tenants and Residents Association (TRA) regularly meets to discuss, plan events and take action over how tenants and residents feel the estate is being managed. To become part of this process please attend TRA meetings at the Rotunda (the round building opposite the entrance closest to Tescos) and inform us of any issues you are having.
The TRA can only be effective with your support and input. A calendar of TRA meetings can be found on the estate notice boards or via the website here.
Residents Coffee Night and Councillors Surgery
Every third Thursday night of the month from 7pm to 8pm, the Rotunda is open to any resident who would like to drop in and talk to other residents. There will be a local Ward Councillor available. The Councillors are very interested to hear your concerns, and if you have any problems with your home the Councillors can assist with getting things done.
Damien Tissier the Independent Resident Advisor will also be attending the regular Coffee Nights. He can give one to one advice to any resident who needs it. He is also available on 0800 169 8677 or 0203 206 1440.

Please email the TRA so we can put you on the e-mail newsletter mailing list. All residents will also receive an occasional newsletter through their letterbox.
A list of useful contacts including the Safer Neighbourhoods Team, Lambeth Living and the Tulse Hill Forum are available here.
