Our Club Activities are just for you!
Not only are these sessions designed to keep you fit and active, we also provide a great opportunity to socialise and meet new friends. Why not take advantage of our supervised gym, swimming pool and studio sessions or have a go at different sports. All is aimed at getting you out of the house, having fun and keeping healthy at the same time. You'll receive great support from our professional and friendly staff who will help you achieve your best.

Club Lead - Carol Cross
A little bit about me: I qualified as a Group Exercise Instructor in the Millennium year of 2000. I have always been passionate about my chosen profession, I very much enjoy instructing various disciplines including Water Fitness, Aerobics, Step, Power Pump, Body Conditioning and the list goes on!
With three years experience involved in ‘Senior Club Activities’ for Better, it was a honour to teach the warm-up at the Annual Club Games for the past 2 yrs, meeting the likes of Beverly Callard (aka Liz McDonald) and GB Gold Medallist winner Anthony Joshua
I am very much looking forward to bringing my knowledge and skills to Club Streatham and look forward to meeting you all.
Raffles, afternoon tea, bingo, day trips, choir singing and more are organised through the 55+ programme. Ask Carol for more information on upcoming events.
