Siloam Community Services exists to serve and work with previously homeless people, enabling them, through the provision of accommodation and work in a self-supporting social enterprise scheme, to recover their dignity, regain control over their lives and to generate the means for them to also help others in need who are less fortunate than themselves.
Café on the Green is a Community Café and Drop-In Centre providing a range of low cost hot/cold snacks, drinks and light lunches; also including advice, support and help to the homeless, to those threatened with homelessness, and to those under financial difficulty.
In addition to our Community Café and Drop-in Centre we also provide each Tuesday evening a free 3-course meal (The Feast) for the homeless, to those threatened with homelessness, and to those under financial difficulty; along with housing advice support and help towards finding accommodation.
We also train people including ex-homeless and volunteers to enable us to deliver these services.
