Blenheim Gardens RMO is a resident management organisation (RMO). BGRMO is a democratically managed organisation which works in partnership with  Lambeth Council.

The services we provide are governed by a management agreement between Lambeth Council and the RMO. The RMO is accountable to a group of elected board members, which decides how best to manage the services the RMO provides. Our board members are residents, leaseholders and freeholders who live on the estate.

Blenheim Gardens RMO was established in June 2001 and provides a generic housing management service to residents, leaseholders and freeholders on the estate. The estate consists of 440 mixed tenure properties.

Our vision is for a resident-led enterprise recognised as a centre of excellence, working together, with a shared commitment, to provide good, modern housing and excellent housing services.

Blenheim Gardens RMO supports a diverse, vibrant and successful community by delivering services that focus on the real needs and aspirations of our residents.

- Domestic Violence Support

- Hate Crime Support

Membership to the RMO

Membership to the RMO is open to all estate residents by paying ten pence into the organisation. The purchase of a share provides a life time membership as well as the right to be nominated and be nominated to be a Governance Board member. The purchase of a share also provides members with voting rights at general and special meetings.

Board meetings

The first Wednesday of each month in the Blenheim Gardens Community Hub at 23 Prague Place, starting at 7pm.

Community Enrichment meetings

Please contact the office for future meeting dates.

Finance sub-committee meetings

The last Wednesday of each month in the Blenheim Gardens Community Hub at 23 Prague Place. This meeting is open to all residents and is from 12pm to 2pm.

General meetings

These are held quarterly in the Blenheim Gardens Community Hub at 23 Prague Place, starting at 7pm. Please contact the office for future meeting dates.

Homeowner Forum

This forum is held annually in the Blenheim Gardens Community Hub at 23 Prague Place.

Parking meetings

These are held quarterly. Please contact the office for future meeting dates. All home owners are welcome.

Annual general meeting (AGM)

The next AGM will be held in October 2015 at 7pm.

The Food Project

The food project is now every Friday 5:00pm - 7:00pm at Blenheim Gardens RMO Community Hub, 23 Prague Place, SW2 5ED.

The food project offers:

- A cooked meal free of charge

- 1-2-1 support for housing, benefits and money management

- Free winter clothes (depending on availability)

- A friendly atmosphere!

Tenants newsletter

Tenants will receive a copy of the newsletter quarterly. An annual report and a homeowner's bulletin is also produced. If you require the newsletter in other formats such as another language, large print, Braille, audio, please contact the estate office on 020 7926 0158. Also if you would like to submit an article to any of our newsletters please contact the estate office.

Resident training

From time to time and as required, training is available for residents and board members. Residents can take part in BGRMO resident training events to expand their skills and to assist with their involvement with BGRMO. For further details please contact the estate office on 020 7926 0158.
