Crossway Church is a diverse, growing, inner-city church with a vision to make a difference in the local area where we are planted as well as within the communities we serve in Central London.
Crossway Church is made up of people of different ages and from many different backgrounds and walks of life.
We are an international church with many native Londoners as well as people from Ghana, Jamaica, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Korea, Brazil, Eastern Europe and the United States of America.
The feel of the church is vibrant and lively. As the church grows, there are always opportunities to get involved, meet new people and develop community projects.
Every Sunday at 11:00am.
Crossway Worship is friendly and ideal for all ages with a mix of contemporary and traditional music and an informal feel. At this time, we come together as a church to worship God and learn how we can follow Jesus in our everyday lives. We also spend time praying – about the everyday things going on in our lives, in the church, in the local community and the wider world.
After the service it is a great opportunity to catch up with people and to make new friends over a tea or coffee, which is served downstairs in the coffee lounge. Our Sunday morning service also includes communion on the first Sunday of the month.
As well as gathering together on Sunday mornings, there are other opportunities for fellowship and discipleship including:
Monthly meals after the Sunday morning service are organised to create space for everyone to spend time together, get to know each other and encourage fellowship.
Throughout the year, our Minister delivers six to eight week Bible Study courses. Please contact the church for details of upcoming courses.
Membership induction and preparation classes will be for anyone interested in becoming a member of The United Reformed Church through the Congregation at Crossway. Please contact Rev.Peter Stevenson for further details.
At Crossway, we believe in community and are keen to be involved in our local projects. Projects include:
Community Food Bank
The community food bank is our way of supporting local people who may be homeless and/or have no money to buy food.
The Robes Project
A homeless shelter opening for three months of the year, providing a bed for the night and tasty homemade meals. For more information, please click here.
