Advicelocal is a new website from the social welfare law and tech charity Lasa.

The website provides a borough-by-borough guide to welfare benefits, employment, debt, housing, immigration & asylum, disability & social care and children & families issues.

Our local resources pages contain links to information, guidance, policies and procedures, covering benefits, debt, housing matters and other useful local services.

In addition, you can access London-wide and national sources of information and support that relate to the topic you're interested in.

Advice Finder

Looking for a local advice agency?

If you're looking for a local advice agency, our advicefinder enables you to search by advice topic and client group.

Advicefinder contains details of more than 1,500 advice organisations across London.

Use the search option boxes here to look for advice providers who offer services in a particular borough, offer a London-wide service, or specialise in particular problems (eg Employment) or particular client groups (eg Carers).

In addition you can narrow your search by choosing more than one advice topic or client group. For example, choose the advice topic 'Employment' and then add 'Legal Issues' as a second topic if you need legal advice about an employment issue.

Search results can be saved to My lists, and then either printed or sent as an email.
